What’s the difference between the maintenance clean and the deep clean?
The Ducted Maintenance Clean is maintenance cleaning of accessible filters and vents to remove built-up dust and debris, along with a visual inspection of accessible components. The Ducted Deep Clean (Indoor Fan Unit in Roof) is a separate service, only available during winter, arranged by enquiry so we can review your system first.
Is the visual inspection a technical service?
No. It is a visual check of accessible components while we clean. It is not a refrigeration or technical diagnostic service.
How is it priced?
By the number of vents: $199 for filters, return air grill and up to 3 vents, or $354 for 4 or more vents. Adding the outdoor condenser is $499 in total.
Do you travel to my suburb?
Travel is included across the local Gold Coast area. Further out, a travel fee applies from Tallai: Zone 1, up to 45 min from Tallai, $99. Zone 2, 45–90 min from Tallai, $149. Zone 3, 90 min or more from Tallai, $199. Send your suburb through and we'll confirm your zone before you book.
