What do you use for carpet cleaning?

For carpet cleaning, we use cleaning vinegar and essential oils alongside hot steam and powerful truck-mounted suction. Hydrogen peroxide may also be used for stain treatment where required.

Do I need to move furniture?

We’re happy to move light items like dining chairs, small coffee tables and floor mats. Heavy furniture such as beds, lounges and entertainment units needs to be moved beforehand.

Will every stain come out?

We always aim to lift every stain, but red wine, ink, pet urine, permanent marker or old stains may not come out fully, especially if they have been treated with other products before.

Do you travel to my suburb?

Travel is included across the local Gold Coast area. Further out, a travel fee applies from Tallai: Zone 1, up to 45 min from Tallai, $99. Zone 2, 45–90 min from Tallai, $149. Zone 3, 90 min or more from Tallai, $199. Send your suburb through and we'll confirm your zone before you book.
